Free Legal Fees

Thank you for your interest in working with The Law Offices of Borla, North & Zaba. We are a boutique law firm located in the western suburbs of Chicago with a focus on real estate law. Our attorneys have decades of experience and we close over $60M in real estate transactions every year. We represent sellers, buyers, investors, and wholesalers throughout Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Grundy counties.

Most real estate attorneys charge between $400-$700 to represent sellers of real estate. However, we currently offer FREE attorney fees to represent you in the sale of your property. If this sounds too good to be true, it isn’t! We believe in selective pricing, which means we will handle your full transaction without charging you a fee, and if you are satisfied with our service, you can choose to pay a fee that you feel is appropriate. But there is no requirement to do so!

We will handle all aspects of your real estate transaction, which includes drafting/reviewing the contract, corresponding with the buyer’s attorney, ordering and examining title, preparing the closing documents, and handling the actual closing.
